We aim to grow closer to Allah (SWT) during the month of Ramadan by mastering the art of dua. But how did the Prophets do it? Within the most difficult moments in their lives, they all turned to Allah (SWT) and seeked His mercy. Allah (SWT) preserved those duas in the Qur’an for us to use as a template in making dua till the Day of Judgement.
What will you learn?
• Understand the linguistic meanings of the word dua and the various ways they are used
• Read and study Prophetic duas mentioned in the Qur’an in both the Arabic language along with their simplified English translations
• Obtain background and context pertaining to each dua to aid in understanding the dynamics of the situation
• Understand Allah’s (SWT) acceptance of their dua and the aftermath
• Apply the Prophetic dua methods into our lives to strengthen our duas
